This policy explains what information Vending Dudes LLC collects when you use vendingdudes.co, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We are a vending machine placement company based in Miami, Florida, serving Miami-Dade and Broward County.
When you submit a form on this site, we collect what you enter. On our placement request form that is your name, email address, phone number, business name, location type, city, and anything you write about your space. On our operator partnership form it is your name, email address, phone number, target market, and vending experience.
We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether a placement or partnership is a fit, and communicate with you about it. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this site. It sets cookies and collects standard technical information such as pages viewed, approximate location based on IP address, device and browser type, how you arrived at the site, and interactions like scrolling, outbound link clicks, and form submissions.
This tells us which pages are useful and where people lose interest. It is aggregate analytics, not an attempt to identify you personally. Google processes this data on our behalf and their own privacy policy applies. You can read it at policies.google.com/privacy.
Our web host also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and requested pages, as a normal part of operating the site.
This site uses cookies for analytics as described above, and WordPress may set functional cookies if you interact with certain features. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use this site or submit a form.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the business, and only to the extent they need it. These currently include our web host, our email provider, and Google Analytics.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or if necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
We keep form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain records of our business relationship. If you would like us to delete your information, contact us and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.

This site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This site is intended for business owners and operators. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here rather than announced individually.
